BiodivERsA URBES Conference: Natures Solutions for European Urban Areas 14 January 2015
The project URBES, funded under the BiodivERsA 2010-2011 joint call, will present during this conference on 14 January 2015, Brussels, Belgium, its research outcomes regarding the role of biodiversity and ecosystem services in urban landscapes.
Over the past three years, the project has contributed to informing urban planners and decision-makers on how to best integrate the natural environment into city planning, by bridging the knowledge gap on the importance of urban biodiversity and ecosystem services for human well-being.
The URBES Conference "Nature's Solutions for European Urban Areas" will be an opportunity to present the project's outputs and identify areas for future collaboration.
More information about the conference and registration can be found on the BiodivERsA website
