11 SUSFOOD projects will present at EFFoST conference
Eleven projects funded under the FP7 ERA-NET SUSFOOD calls in 2013 and 2014 will present their work at the 31st International EFFoST conference* in Sitges, Spain on 14 November 2017. Most of these projects have ended or are about to end in 2018, and want to share their results to the research community and stakeholders during the first day at the EFFoST conference in a special SUSFOOD session.
*The 31st EFFoST International Conference will be held in Sitges, Spain, from 13 to 16 November 2017, under the theme: Food Science and Technology Challenges for the 21st Century - Research to Progress Society. The conference will explore solutions to current and future challenges such as food safety and security, food fraud, waste reduction and sustainability, analytical techniques, novel technologies, functional foods, nutrition and health, gastronomy, entrepreneurship, open innovation & strategic alliances and knowledge transfer management.
